Myself Bibhuti Bikramaditya, is a native of Janipur Village in Sitamarhi dist (http://sitamarhi.bih.nic.in/)of Bihar(India) which is popularly known as the land of Hindu Goddess "Sita". By profession, I am a technocrat working in the field of VLSI (FPGA/ASIC) chip design and development since 2001,being employed at Korea based company in Seoul city of Korea (http://www.nsystech.com) . Before immigration to South Korea, I worked in Pune based company in India .

I am also "Chief Consultant" of the company TekBrains Pvt Ltd (http://www.tekbrains.co.in ) which has its branch in Delhi and Patna. By interest, I count myself as an entrepreneur too who always help others to become self employer and employ many.

Being the founder of BiharBrains (BBrains Development society) http://www.biharbrains.org ," which is a brain child of mine" , to start development activities in Bihar with the help of educated people of India living in different parts of India and abroad, I render my services to Mother India and Bihar in particular. I worked with other organizations too which includes Indians in Daejeon(IAD), Indians in Korea(IIK) , Bihar Parishad , Dept of S&T, Govt of Bihar . A brief profile of mine is given below:

Career Journey

My career graph has been full of ups and downs. Poor Financial Conditions and family responsibilities affects my career building process.This happen in almost every lower middle class family in India. Despite all odds, hardworking attitude and devotion towards achieving goal paved the path of my little success.

To start with, I did my schooling (Primary and Middle) from Madhya Vidyalaya, Janipur (http://www.bbjanipurschool.blogspot.com ). In Initial period, I was in Patna with my maternal uncles and studied class III in Central English School, Patna(near Mahendru),Class IV in Gyan Ganga Public School & class 5 in Ram Mohun Roy Public School (for small period). I returned back to my village school because of the family situation & other conditions. After passing matriculation from J. J.High school Janipur in 1988, I attended class 12 th and B.SC Physics(Hons) from College of Commerce,Patna (www.cocpatna.edu.in ) ,a premiere constituent unit of Magadh university, Bodh gaya ( http://www.mudde.org/) .

Being placed with 2nd rank in University, I got chance to be a post graduate(M.Sc) student of prestigious, Dept of Physics ,Patna University(http://www.patnauniversity.ac.in/ ) ( Patna science College Campus) during 1996-98whereI got 8th rank in the university. During my post graduation, I came in contact with good professors whose guidance & support helped a lot in building my career in Advance Electronics which I opted as my special paper. Just after post graduation, I got selected for PGDCA course in National Institute of Technology, Patna (http://www.nitp.ac.in ). But within 3 months I had to leave college as I got offer from Silicon Magic Tech Pvt Ltd , a Pune(India) based company in chip design and development as Trainee Engineer that later merged with Infodynamics group of companies in the name of Info Dynamics Integration Technologies (http://www.iditchipdesign.com ) .

In Silicon Magic & Infodynamics(during 2001-2003) , I served as Training Engineer and then as Project Leader(DSP) for a short span of time. During two years of association, my responsibilities were to lead the team and involve myself in design & development of DSP, image processing & speech processing based systems into VLSI technologies.

Later in 2003, I joined DCA InfoTech (2003-2004), Pune as project leader (DSP)/Project Manager during 2003-2004. During three years of stay in Pune ( India), I had attended evening management program (for PGDMM course) in prestigious Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (www.sibm.edu ). Unfortunately, I could n't attend the final exam due to some reasons.But by the grace of god, I got a job offer from ITMagic Co.Ltd, (www.itmagic.co.kr ) Seoul, South Korea in June 2003. In this company, I worked for almost 1.5 years. Later in 2006, I joined S tarVRay co., Ltd (http://www.starvray.com ) as Senior ASIC Engineer and worked in the field of chip design of Bio Imaging products.

In June 2007, I joined nSYSTech Co., Ltd ( http://www.nsystech.com ) in Seoul as Senior SOC & ASIC Engineer for the chip design and development of Telecom Products. In 2004, with the help of educated people of Bihar,I fomed a Organization named as BiharBrains which become a registered society later, called BiharBrains (BBrains Development Society, (http://www.biharbrains.org ) .The aim behind forming this organisation is to start development activities in Bihar. I am also the chief consultant of a newly born company called Tekbrains which has started its operation at Patna and Delhi.

 

Mission and Vision

I do strongly believe in action with positive attitude and great fervor by heart .I always look for and find out the best possible solution when problem arises, never waste my precious time in thinking only about labyrinthine of problems .I would try my level best to contribute myself utmost possible for the improvement of socio-economic environment , scientific & technological advancement of the backward region of the Indian union . May god give success in my endeavor!
